Prejudice, have you ever stereotyped, labeled, or pre-judged by someone because your skins the wrong color , your accent's too heavy, or you live on the wrong side of the tracks? Haven't we all and isn't it a sick feeling. Although we are created equally, unfortunately, we are not all treated equally. Ignorance often abounds when it comes to understanding people with disabilities, as Crystal Lee Helms explained in an article submitted to mirror, a Seattle-area newspaper click here to hear the story. I feel like her story opens my eyes and it tells me that you and I shouldn't look down on people, we should all see each other as equal.
